Matema Beach View Lutheran Centre

Introduction:
The Centre belongs to the Konde Diocese, ELCT (Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania), P.O. Box 445, Tukuyu, Tanzania.
The present leaders of the Konde Diocese are:
Bishop Dr. Israel Peter Mwakyolile
General Secretary Otinel A. Mlimba
The Konde Project Director Flaston M. Anyitike co-ordinates the Matema Lutheran Centre.

The Centre is mainly used by the Lutheran Church for seminars and meetings.
The Matema Beach View Lutheran Centre is also open for the public, any organization and tourists.

Staff:
Hotel Manager Steven Ghambi manages the Centre together with his co-workers James Adam Mkilya. The workers are very experienced and professional in rendering services to customers.

The Staff has been trained by the Green Hill Institute for Hotel Management in Mbeya, Tanzania, P.O .Box 1561Mbeya.

The Cuisine:
Chief cook Michael Mwaigomole together with other skilled chefs prepares delicious traditional, continental and international foods. We serve in buffet style every day.

2 housekeepers take care of the rooms.
The receptionist and the waitress receive guests and serve in the Bistro/ Restaurant.

For the safety there are 2 night watchmen. On the day are 2 general workers looking after the safety and cleanliness of the centre`s surrounding and for the maintenance of the houses and equipment.
